Production & Shipping

Production typically takes 7–14 business days before shipping, and most U.S. orders arrive 3–5 business days after shipment If your order is completed sooner, it will ship earlier. Some orders could take up to 3 weeks. Any delays related to production or order details will be communicated.

No Returns

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please review all order details, photos, and customization information carefully before submitting your purchase. Threaded Theory is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including incorrect photos, spelling, sizing, or design details. If there is an issue caused by a production error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

If you would like to add anything extra that is not included on the product page, please add your main item to your cart first. Then, head over to the Add-Ons tab in the menu bar to purchase any additional options before checkout.

Keepsake Items

For keepsake embroidery orders, customers are responsible for shipping their garments to us. Production will not begin until your package has been received.Please ensure all garments are clean and ready for use, as items will not be washed prior to production. Threaded Theory is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping to our location. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when sending your garments.

Order Details

Please double-check all spelling, dates, names, colors, and other custom information before placing your order. Custom items cannot be changed once production begins. If a detail does not apply to your order, please enter N/A in the Custom Details box. Threaded Theory designs the material but does not manufacture the fabric itself. The final quality depends on the photos provided, and I am not responsible for poor-quality images—only garment errors made on my end.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, Threaded Theory is not responsible for the package while it is in transit or after delivery.
