Custom Orders

Many items sold by Threaded Theory are custom made. By submitting an order, you confirm that all details provided (names, dates, colors, and design notes) are accurate.

Threaded Theory is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Custom Details

Customers must provide clear instructions for their order in the Custom Details box when applicable. If a detail does not apply to your order, please enter N/A.

Image Quality

Customers are responsible for uploading clear, high-quality photos for custom designs. The final product quality depends on the images provided.

Add-Ons

Some products require additional options such as rhinestones, sleeve embroidery, rush service, or other upgrades.

Add-ons must be purchased separately from the Add-Ons section of the website and must correspond to the item placed in your cart.

Intellectual Property

Customers must have permission to use any images, logos, or artwork submitted for customization. Threaded Theory is not responsible for copyright violations related to customer-provided designs.
