Shipping policy
All items at Threaded Theory are custom made to order, which means production time is required before shipping.
Production Time
Production typically takes 5–7 business days, excluding holidays. Depending on the type of item, customization details, and current order volume, some items — especially tapestry items — may take up to 3 weeks for production. Any delays related to production or the type of order will be communicated.
Shipping Time
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped and tracking information will be provided. Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, Threaded Theory is not responsible for packages while in transit or after delivery. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
Keepsake Items
For keepsake items that require garments to be sent to us:
- Customers are responsible for shipping their garments to Threaded Theory
- Production will not begin until your package has been received
- Garments must be clean and ready to be used, as items will not be washed prior to production
