At Threaded Theory, most items are custom made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.
Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase, including names, dates, colors, and any customization details entered in the Custom Details box.
Order Errors
If an error is made on our end during production (such as incorrect customization or garment error), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can review the issue.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect information entered by the customer
- Poor quality images uploaded for custom designs
- Design issues caused by low-resolution photos
Custom Design Disclaimer
Threaded Theory designs the material used for certain items but does not manufacture the fabric itself. Final product quality may vary based on the images provided.
Final Sale
All custom items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
